Make old concrete look like new again without having to remove it and replace it!

For years the only solution to cracked, stained or deteriorating concrete was to jack hammer it out and replace it with 4-6 inches of new concrete. In most cases the concrete itself was in good condition, except for a few cracks and some oil and rust stains on the surface.

In 1986, Concrete Solutions developed our crack repair system, and our Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete to provide an economical way to resurface over concrete and not have to remove it.

Our Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete can be applied less than 1/16th of an inch thick using a squeegee, and then immediately broomed to create a fine, medium or coarse broom texture.

When we first developed our polymer concrete, one of our biggest skeptics was a concrete man of over 30 years. When we told him we could apply concrete 1/16th of an inch thick he said, “IMPOSSIBLE”!

We noticed his driveway had some cracks and stains and asked if we could resurface it at no charge. He said, “I plan to remove it soon anyway, so go ahead, but you’re wasting your time.”

That job was finished in 1986, and still looks good today. After 5 years we asked again what he thought of our product? He said, “INCREDIBLE”!

Our maintenance crew was able to repair and resurface the 90  x 9  main walkway along with the steps and 3 landings in about 3 weeks time, at about one-third the cost quoted by a gunnite contractor. And we were able to accomplish this with only minimal traffic disruptions (a major concern we had with spray applied concrete was having to detour traffic while spraying). The test section you helped us with 2 years ago looks as good now as the day it was finished. I am confident we will get many, many more years service from this bridge.
